What kind of Christian are we? Is there enough evidence in our lives for a guilty verdict if someone says "You're a Christian!" Receiving comfort in God's love, being of one mind with other believers, and caring about the dreams of other people rather than our own are but a few hallmarks of Christ's disciples. If you feel you don't measure up to Jesus and His ways, never fear! Simply observe and follow Christ's humble example. (Transcription Available)

There are two things that we can’t do in heaven: we can't sin - hallelujah! And, we can’t witness our faith to unbelievers in heaven. That’s why we have been left here on earth after the Lord has saved our souls. Some people wonder why we don’t immediately go to heaven after we are born again. Paul said in

Philippians 1:24 that staying here in this life is more needful. Why? Because God has given each of us a purpose to live for. Wishing for heaven now is a wonderful desire; but more useful is that we stay on earth to help other hurting souls. We are living on purpose! (Transcription available)

The Apostle Paul suffered stoning, shipwreck, and perils too numerous to count - all because he wanted to proclaim the name of Christ to the world. Most of us most likely don't have as many problems as Paul. And yet, even through any difficulties we may be experiencing, we need to ask ourselves: is Jesus Christ and His gospel being proclaimed? Do they know or even suspect that we're believers? Or, are we so self-centered on our own problems that we have forgotten there is a world dying and going to hell? Listen to today's message! Loving others might be difficult for some people in jail; not for Paul. Even in bonds - because of his faith in Christ, he wrote to the Philippians telling them he loved and prayed for them. He told the believers he was confident that God had them eternally secure in His hands; and he encouraged them to increase in their love one to another. What are your goals for 2025?
