"... the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD." Job 1:21b
God wants us to handle everything with a rejoicing attitude, and we do that through His grace. We must allow His grace to work in our lives. The definition for grace is the divine influence upon the heart and its reflection in the life. In other words, you let God work in your life and then let it flow out so other people can see it. We become a conduit. We become a means of transporting God's grace so that everybody can see it in our lives. If we tell everyone God is good, God can help you, God is merciful, God is gracious, and then something bad happens and we are screaming, yelling and blaming others – those we are trying to witness to might say - What kind of God do you serve? Do you only serve a happy God?
No, we serve a mighty God, amen? And he wants us to be rejoicing no matter what happens good or bad.
